CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy Life happens, and plans can change. To respect reserved appointment times, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Late arrivals may require shortening or rescheduling the appointment to avoid impacting other scheduled appointments. Appointments that remain unconfirmed may be released to another client 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
